We did experience a supply chain delay, but the Custom Window Coverings team was responsive in working with us. We have used this company for multiple projects for about 7 years, and they have consistently been responsive and good to work with. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
We have used Ronda and her team a couple of times to help us with custom draperies, coverings and pillows. They are fantastic. Instead of giving me a bunch of samples and asking me to make a selection (like so many do), Ronda helped with the fabric and color selection. She made suggestions which I so appreciate. The seamstress, Deborah, and installation crew made sure everything was perfectly measured and installed. Custom Window Coverings exceeded our expectations. It was such a pleasure working with them!
